The Driver App requires User Setup. First a driver must be set up under Employees and requires an individual email address to be set on the employee tab. supports a few configuration options from an administrative standpoint. Configuration options can be found within the left of the screen under the following:
GEAR icon (Operations) 
-> Employees, Affiliates & Agents tab -> Employees tab -> Individuals Employee profile, select the 3 dots on the far right of the screen and select Edit if the profile is already created.
The individual employee profile requires an email address that will be the driver's username to login to the Driver App. Recommended note – copy the email address before moving on to the next step or write down the email address for creating the User login next. Select Update to save.
Now we need to create the User Login by going to:
System Setup icon 
à User & Role Management à Add User
- Paste or re-type the drivers email address in the users email address box.
- Select Driver for the Security Roll
- The other information should auto fill (First Name, Last Name and the Employee drop down if the user is already created under Employees).
- Select the check boxes for
- Allow access to DriverApp
- Do NOT check InVision unless this user is also an office staff member that you want to see ALL trips on your dispatch dashboard.
- Select any Company Security Access (blue box in pic below) if the driver is allowed to only work for 1 specific internal company.
- Select the Save button to create the user profile.
- Select the 3 dots on the far right of the screen for the individual user.
- Select the Send Temp Password button.
- The end user will have 15 minutes to login on the driver app and reset the password from the time you select the Send Temp Password button in FASTTRAK. If the user is not able to login within the 15-minute time frame, they can select FORGOT PASSWORD when they are available, and the system will send them a new Temp Password to reset and login at the end users availability.
