If you select the 3-dot menu on the dispatch screen you will have multiple options depending on your permissions.

  • Delete Reservation - will permanently delete the trip. We cannot retrieve it once it has been deleted.
  • Add Reservation Note – will add a note to the reservation (example, Called and changed p/u time). This is NOT the same as an incident; to mark an incident, you need to open the reservation and go to the Incident tab.
  • Edit Reservation – select to open and edit the reservation. You can also double click on the reservation line to open the reservation. 
  • View Customer – will open the customer profile as a short cut.
  • View Change Log – will open the reservation change log for the specific reservation.
  • Copy Reservation – select to copy the reservation.
  • Repeat Reservation – select to Repeat the same Reservation.
  • New Segment – will create a new segment for the reservation and gives you the option to auto reverse the trip for you. 
  • Map Reservation – will launch Google Maps to map the trip out. Note – the stops must be labeled as ‘stop’ to appear on the MAP feature.
