How To:  Emailing and Viewing Documents:  Customer, Driver, Affiliates.



To Email or View single reservation documents click on the envelopes on the right of the reservation.  


The following options are available:

  • VIEW / EMAIL Quotation:  The reservation MUST be saved as a QUOTE.  If the reservation has a status of BOOKED this option will not be available.
  • VIEW / EMAIL Confirmation:  If the reservation is saved as a quote this option will not be available.  When emailing the following window will display all emails associated to the reservation.  This includes:  Customer, Passenger and any Contacts for the Customer.  There is also an option to add a manual email address.
  • VIEW / EMAIL Affiliate Confirmation:  This option is only available when an Affiliate is assigned to the reservation.
  • VIEW / EMAIL Trip Ticket:  Allows you to send or print a Trip Ticket for the driver.
  • VIEW / EMAIL Trip Estimate:  Used to send a PRE-TRIP ESTIMATE.  When emailing the following window will display all emails associated to the reservation.  This includes:  Customer, Passenger and any Contacts for the Customer.  There is also an option to add a manual email address.


ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

  • VIEW GREET SIGN:  Create Greet Signs for drivers using this option.
  • SEND SMS/EMAIL:  Allows you to send an SMS Text message, if subscribed, or email to Driver, Passenger, Customer and Contacts.
  • SEND DIGITAL SIGNING REQUEST:  Send a digital signing request, if subscribed.
