Creating and eMailing Multiple Documents



This article will describe how to Create and eMail Multiple Documents



The MULTIPLE DOCUMENTS is accessed from the DOCUMENTS at the top of the Main Dispatch Grid.

In the MULTIPLE DOCUMENTS CENTER you can create multiple documents for:  TRIP TICKETS, CONFIRMATIONS, REQUEST FOR TIME & CHARGES, GREET SIGNS, CUSTOMER/CORPORATE TRIP MANIFEST, DISPATCH MANIFEST and TRIP INVOICE ESTIMATE.  



>>>>Select the date range required for the document/s.  Use the tabs at the bottom of the window to select the type of document you want to produce.  



>>>>Use the column filters to isolate to the Customer, Driver, Passenger etc.


>>>>To multi-select use the CONTROL or SHIFT key on your keyboard.  After you have selected the required reservations to produce the document you are able to override default settings on each of the Document Types.  To preview and print use the CREATE or to eMail use the eMail option in lower right.
