This guide will provide an overview of ADDING new users to the system to access:  InVision, Ultimate and use the Driver APP.

To access the USER AND ROLE MANAGEMENT area, select the option under SYSTEM SETUP.




Prior to entering USERS the MANAGE ROLES area should be reviewed and roles created.  This area allows the creation of Roles that will then be assigned to each user.  This role can be used for all users who have the same roles in the organization.  It is recommended that all of the options be reviewed to ensure users do not have access to sensitive areas of the program.  To ADD a new user click on the ADD USER option.  The users First Name, Last Name, Security Role and EMAIL address are required.  If the user is a Driver, select the driver name from the list, this will auto populate the name and email address from the driver profile.  It is recommended that a driver ONLY be given access tot he Driver APP unless the driver also works in the office.  For an office user if you are operating more than one Company in your system and the user is limited to view ONLY one or some of those Companies you will need to check the option to Enable Company Security and select the Companies they have access to.  If the employee has access to all Companies Do Not Check the option to Enable Company Security.
